1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Cosmu Vault, Cosmutech ERP, Cosmutech Admin, or any services provided by Cosmutech Solutions Private Limited ("Cosmutech", "we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our applications or services.
2. User Accounts & Master Password Responsibility
Cosmu Vault employs a zero-knowledge architecture. You are exclusively responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your master password, recovery phrases, and cryptographic keys.
⚠️ Important: Because Cosmutech never stores or transmits your master password in plaintext, we cannot recover or decrypt your vault data if you lose your master key or recovery phrase.
3. Google OAuth & Third-Party Services
Our applications may provide integration with third-party services such as Google Drive and Google Identity Services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Cosmutech is not responsible for any downtime, data loss, or modifications caused by third-party platforms.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use Cosmutech software or services for:
- Any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
- Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or compromise the cryptographic integrity of the software.
- Interfering with or disrupting the security of Cosmutech network infrastructure.
5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Cosmutech software and services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cosmutech shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our applications.
